The migration is at its peak on the Serengeti short grass plains between Naabi Hill and Seronera. This is the best place to observe the “megaherd,” particularly during the months of April and May when the calves start to feed with their mothers and the predators also enjoy their own feast.
The best part of it all is that very few tourists frequent the park during these months, which gives the lucky visitor the opportunity to have more privacy while viewing the wildlife.
